Exploring the intersection of fire, rhythm, and intentional design.

DEBORAH DE CORRAL
This season, we invited chef and creator Deborah de Corral to explore the world of KULT. From the stages of the Latin Grammys to the pages of the Michelin Guide, Deborah has navigated many creative lives as a singer, a model, and a master of wood-fired cooking.

In her current project, Los Pingüinos, she has created an intimate Cantina de Barrio in Miami where smoke, fire, and Argentinian hospitality meet. It is a space where technical precision serves a soulful purpose, reflecting a style that is both sophisticated and wonderfully rustic.

THE BEAUTY OF INTENT

Deborah defines herself as a curious being and a total nerd who loves the process of learning techniques to develop her own signature. Whether she is composing a melody or a menu, she believes that true improvisation requires a solid technical base built through time, trial, and error.

Sound and food can be nourishing and healing if treated with intention, she reflects. This deep seated belief in the power of intentional objects is exactly what draws her to the architectural foundations of KULT. She finds a mirror in our design language, noting the understated minimalism and the perfect lines that remain elegant and soft. As she puts it, these are not loud pieces of jewelry, but they speak volumes through their craftsmanship.

BEYOND THE PLATE

Deborah approaches her craft with a direct philosophy centered on flavor, storytelling, and aesthetics. Much like a KULT jewel, her dishes are grounded in high-quality ingredients and elevated by a refined eye. While she considers herself a minimalist who favors practical tools, she recognizes the emotional resonance of a beautiful object.

During our time together, she gravitated toward pieces that balance weight with grace. She wore the Volute XL Citrine Ring, a sculptural statement that echoes her love for bold form. To this, she added the Milestone Onyx and Ruby Ring for a sense of grounded power. To complete the look, she chose the CLÉ N°3 Gold and Coral necklace, a vibrant nod to a life lived across cultures.

Getting to see Deborah in her element reminded me that the most beautiful things are those created with genuine care and a bit of fire. Whether a well-seasoned dish or a piece of hand-finished gold, these objects carry the frequency of their maker. It is an honor to see KULT become part of Deborah's ritual, moving from the heat of the kitchen to quiet moments of reflection. I hope these pieces inspire you to find beauty in your own process and to wear your story with intention.

Until next time,

Jessie
