Shipping is complimentary within the US. International shipping may incur a fee that will appear at checkout and is calculated according to your order and delivery address. Any applicable duties imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to calculate duties that may be imposed and do not collect duties at the time of sale.
Returns
Please note that we do not accept returns. We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@kultjewelry.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. 5.2.We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
5.3.We strive for consistency, and our product photographs serve as very accurate references for the design and style of our jewelry pieces. However, by purchasing our pieces, you acknowledge that variations may occur. Slight variations or imperfections may be present due to the handmade nature of our products. Likewise, the gemstone you receive may differ slightly from the one pictured in terms of color and other natural attributes.
5.4.Due to the nature of jewelry design, the Company cannot guarantee exact replication of the Jewelry's appearance as envisioned or depicted through the drawings and renders shared during a custom project. Natural imperfections or variations may occur, which are not indicative of damage or defects.

SECTION 9 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
9.1. You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at the time you make a purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time; however, we will provide notice of the changes applicable to you before you make your purchase.
9.2. Any delivery dates or times shown as part of the checkout process are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Please note that processing time does not include shipping duration.
9.3. We reserve the right to not deliver to any country that is prohibited by applicable export laws.
9.4. We offer complimentary shipping within the continental US on all orders. For all other orders, a shipping fee may apply. Our default carrier within the US is USPS. We use FEDEX or UPS for high-orders and international orders. Return postage is not prepaid at this time. For security purposes, orders above 700 USD necessitate a signature upon delivery. If you cannot be present to sign for your package, ensure that an authorized adult is available at the designated shipping address.
9.5. For security reasons, we exclusively ship to street addresses and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.
9.6. You agree to inspect your order for any signs of damage or missing/incorrect pieces. If any issues are noted, you agree to inform the Company within seven (7) days of delivery.
9.7.The company is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you provided at checkout, we are not responsible if that package is lost or stolen after delivery. If incorrect delivery or order information is entered by the purchaser, KULT is not liable for replacement or recovery. Please double check your address, payment information and products before submitting your order. Contact us prior to shipping if any address correction is needed.
SECTION 10 - RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUND POLICY
10.1. All of our purchasable pieces are final sale, which means we do not issue returns or refunds. We do not offer exchanges except in the case that your jewelry arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.
10.2. Customized or custom orders are not eligible for exchange or return.
10.3. In the event of damaged Jewelry upon delivery or if you receive the wrong item, you should promptly notify the Company, and we will facilitate an exchange. Damage and product errors must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery to hello@kultjewelry.com

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
